Moving the legendary Blow Up wholesale into the centre of London is a contentious move. Regulars huff and puff about the original spirit being lost, and Camdenites too lazy to make the trip down the Northern Line to Soho bemoan the loss of the good old days. But the first night of the club at the Wag makes the killjoys shuffle awkwardly, gazing at their Chelsea boots.
Gone are the overflowing lavs of the Laurel Tree to be replaced with acres of dance floor and short queues to the bar. That doesn't mean there isn't a mile long queue snaking down the street, however.
